We want you to love your Glossier routine, but if something isn't working out, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of receipt. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be in their original packaging.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original Glossier box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
